‘Suiting Up’ for Mercury Retrograde

We are currently in the shadow period of Mercury Retrograde

I want to offer something up to you reading this....

I want to share how I work with my own energy - in opes that maybe this will assist you in this next now moment...

We are all energetic beings, right?

So, this is how I start…

I make sure especially these days that I am always learning about what’s going on energetically in the world around me…

I read a lot and research what is going on astrologically and when I ‘have the awareness’ that we are in or headed toward intense energy...

I do what I call ‘Suiting Up’

I create a lot of space for myself in my life 

That means deeper boundaries - scheduling more alone time - no texting or calling - no set plans

I look in the mirror and say;

‘ Okay Cass.... we are about to go into a part of the ocean that is going to have some waves, don’t get caught in them, just witness the moments that are rough waters and say to yourself ‘you have swam these waters before and you know you can do it again’ and ‘what is the deeper lesson these waves are trying to show you this time Cass?’ 

Stay present in all your moments to see through the pellets of water as they splash in your eyes. 

This time - if you cannot see which way to go...

That is a clear sign that the deeper lesson is to love yourself unconditionally through those moments you may feel you are going to drown.

Encourage yourself to keep going and to keep swimming

because you know to your core that the shore is not far away…

And, also remind yourself of the Badass you are...’

I always set an intention for my ‘big energetic seasons’

I teach this a lot in The NowLevelUp Method -

The Three Questions: 

What is your intention?

What are you willing to receive?

What are you willing to let go of?

This creates a structure for moments in our lives and can be applied to every now moment.

Being a full Capricorn, and loving structure - I needed to design some type of tool for myself that helped me stay in a ‘plan’ for the metaphysical realms and this has helped me exponentially in keeping in deep alignment, clarity and inner peace.

For example : My intention this shadow period and going into this mercury retrograde is to stay grounded in my moment to moment awareness and just be the witness of all that is coming up. my intention is to not get attached to the outside noises but to learn to keep my inner peace as I witness it knowing it is ‘a test’. My intention is to be aware of patterns repeating themselves and ask my angels for moments of internal awareness alarms saying why these are coming up again. My intention is to not allow those patterns to knock me off course but to drive me into taking little action steps daily to stay in alignment with my goals and dreams and my individual frequency of love. I intend on staying in love and witnessing the parts of me who may still live in fear and consciously loving those parts back to myself because I know that’s how I become more and more embodied and whole. My intention is keep a deeper trust, knowing and faith that all of this is for my highest good and for this worlds highest good. I intend of everyday repeating to myself ‘this too shall ass but for now, what can I learn from this?”

What am I willing to let go of? I am willing to let go of ‘Time’ because it is just an illusion and the shadow period and Mercury Retrograde will end when the things that are meant to be highlighted for myself right now have run full course for my highest good. I am willing to let go of old ways of being and doing. I am willing to let go of unhealthy mind sets that no longer serve me, I am willing to let go of self doubt and judgement. I am willing to let go of punishing and shaming myself because I know I am just human and doing my best. I am willing to let go of other energies I have stored in my body and send them up to the universe for the higher good of all. I am willing to let go of everything that is no longer serving my highest good. I am willing to let go of control because I know my natural state in ‘flow’ and when I am in that space is when spirit and my guides can contact me easier….

I am willing to receive play, I am willing to receive gentle and clear messages from my guides to move me forward on my path to my dreams. I am willing to receive guidance through internal nudges on how to transmute energy that is stuck in my body, mind, heart. I am willing to receive a lot of love. I am willing to receive magic. I am willing to receive more divine connections with my guides and humans on this earth. I am willing to receive abundance in all positive forms. I am willing to receive all the parts of me that have been fragmented off of my from this life and other past lives.... I am willing to receive the messages god wants me to receive to bring in my purpose deeper and deeper and to be a mirror for this world.

** something like that. 

I offer these up because this has assisted me in completely moving more fluid through energy portals without getting ‘taken out’ completely from the waves.

It has brought me clarity around knowing the only thing that is in my control is how willing I am to be present to the lessons that are showing up in front of me.

I said in the beginning of this post and I will say it again -

I want to do this together

Meaning, let’s really set our intentions, what we are willing to let go of and what we are willing to receive as a unit and support one another through these times because that is what we need more of….

We need REMINDERS

that we CAN do this

and we WILL do this

that we ARE doing it

My souls purpose here is to remind you, whoever is reading this of your infinite power

the power you were born with that you are taking steps to REMEMBER again….
